1. Online Real-Time Machine Inspection | 24H Automatic Monitoring

UNIJOY production lines are equipped with high-precision intelligent visual inspection systems. During high-speed diaper manufacturing, automatic cameras and sensors conduct 100% online real-time detection for each single piece.

The system automatically identifies and eliminates common production defects including empty cotton, material deviation, wrong cutting size, broken elastic, missing waistband and foreign objects. Unqualified products are instantly rejected and isolated without flowing into the next process.

2. Semi-Finished Product Sampling Inspection | Intermediate Performance Check

6. Pre-Finished Product Re-Check Before Packaging
