UNIJOY Baby Diaper Raw Material Quality Inspection & Standard Control

Overview: Strict Raw Material Screening for Premium Baby Care
Every UNIJOY baby diaper is built on rigorously selected raw materials and standardized inspection processes. We believe premium diaper performance, skin safety, and long-lasting comfort all start from qualified original materials.
To ensure zero irritation, stable absorbency, and reliable quality for delicate baby skin, UNIJOY implements full-range incoming inspection for every core material batch. All raw materials comply with international hygiene and safety standards, supporting safe daily use for newborns and toddlers.
1. Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) Inspection | Core Absorbency Material
(Suitable Image: SAP particle close-up / laboratory absorption test)
SAP is the core absorbent material of baby diapers, which determines liquid locking capacity, dryness performance and anti-leakage effect. UNIJOY only adopts food-grade, high-purity sodium polyacrylate SAP imported from certified suppliers.
Before mass production, every SAP batch undergoes strict lab tests including water absorption rate, saturated water retention, pressure anti-leakage performance and gel stability. Qualified SAP can absorb up to hundreds of times its weight in liquid, rapidly convert urine into stable gel, effectively prevent back osmosis, and keep baby’s surface skin dry for hours.
We reject low-density, impure and unstable SAP materials to avoid gel leakage, diaper bulging and skin moisture irritation.
2. Fluff Pulp Quality Control | Soft & Quick Liquid Conduction
(Suitable Image: Fluff pulp raw material / compression & dispersion test)
UNIJOY uses high-quality ECF elemental chlorine-free fluff pulp extracted from pure natural wood fiber. It features high fluffiness, excellent air permeability and uniform fiber structure, serving as the key layer for rapid liquid diversion and dispersion.
Our inspection team strictly checks pulp whiteness, fiber fineness, impurity rate and moisture content. Qualified fluff pulp quickly guides liquid to spread evenly to the SAP layer, avoiding local saturation and lump formation.
Chlorine-free bleaching technology eliminates chemical residue risks, ensuring the pulp is hypoallergenic, non-irritating and skin-friendly for sensitive baby skin.
3. Non-woven Fabric Safety Inspection | Direct Skin Contact Layer
(Suitable Image: Non-woven fabric softness test / tensile inspection)
The top sheet and side inner layer directly contact baby’s skin all day long. UNIJOY selects ultra-soft hydrophilic non-woven fabric with fine denier fiber, focusing on three core inspection indicators: surface softness, air permeability and tensile strength.
All fabric batches pass skin-friendly and hypoallergenic tests, with no fluorescent agents, no harmful chemical residues. The uniform porous structure ensures instant liquid penetration and reduces sticky wet feeling. Meanwhile, qualified tensile performance effectively prevents fiber breakage, lint falling and surface deformation during use.
4. Elastic & Waistband Material Testing | Fitting & Comfort Standard
(Suitable Image: Elastic waistband stretching test / leg cuff material inspection)
Stretch waistbands, leg cuffs and fastener tapes determine diaper fitting, comfort and anti-side leakage performance. UNIJOY inspects the elasticity recovery rate, stretching durability and skin-friendliness of every elastic material.
High-elastic spandex materials maintain stable soft tension after repeated stretching, fitting different baby body shapes without tight marks or oppression. All adhesive tapes pass repeated sticking tests, ensuring firm fixation and no glue residue on baby skin.
5. Full Batch Incoming Inspection & Traceability System
(Suitable Image: Laboratory inspection scene / batch record file display)
UNIJOY implements 100% batch incoming inspection for all diaper raw materials. Each material batch corresponds to independent test reports, supplier qualification files and safety certification records.
Unqualified raw materials are strictly rejected and isolated from production. We build a complete material traceability system to ensure every finished diaper can be traced back to raw material batches, inspection data and supplier sources.
6. Global Safety Certification Compliance
(Suitable Image: Certification badge collage / Derma safety test certificate)
All UNIJOY diaper raw materials comply with international baby product safety standards and pass professional third-party tests. Our materials are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, and free of harmful substances, meeting the strict hygiene requirements of global overseas markets.
From raw material selection to finished products, UNIJOY insists on quality-oriented manufacturing, providing safer, drier and more comfortable diaper solutions for global families.
