Overview: Strict Final Inspection Before Global Shipment

After completing raw material screening and full in-process monitoring, UNIJOY carries out a rigorous finished product final inspection for all baby diapers. The final quality check serves as the last safety barrier before products leave the factory.

We implement comprehensive sampling, performance testing, appearance verification and packaging inspection for every batch. Only products that fully meet international baby care standards are allowed to be shipped to global markets, ensuring consistent safety, comfort and performance for every end consumer.
1. Random Batch Sampling Standard | Scientific QC Sampling Mechanism

UNIJOY follows international AQL quality sampling standards for finished product inspection. For every production batch, our quality department conducts layered random sampling from finished cartons, covering different production periods and production lines.

The systematic sampling method avoids one-sided detection results and effectively evaluates the overall quality stability of the entire batch. All sampled products are marked and recorded with batch number, production date and inspection serial number to achieve full traceability.
2. Full Functional Performance Testing | Core Diaper Capability Verification

All sampled finished diapers undergo a complete set of functional laboratory tests to verify core usability performance:

• Absorption Speed Test: Verify rapid liquid penetration without surface retention

• Reverse Osmosis Test: Ensure dry top sheet after full absorption

• Pressure Leakage Test: Simulate baby’s lying and sitting pressure to prevent side leakage and back leakage

• Water Lock & Gel Stability Test: Check SAP fixation performance, no gel breaking or powder falling

The finished product team conducts detailed manual inspection on the overall structure and wearing experience of diapers:

• Uniform thickness and neat composite structure

• Symmetrical elastic leg cuffs and effective leak-proof design

• Elastic waistband with stable stretching and recovery performance

• Firm magic tape adhesion with repeated pasting tolerance

• Even embossing, neat cutting edges, no burrs or defective stitching

4. Surface Safety & Hygiene Inspection | Skin-Friendliness Verification

We strictly control microbial indicators, surface cleanliness and residual chemical substances. All finished products are free of fluorescent agents, harmful residues and peculiar smell.

6. Packaging & Shipment Standard Inspection | Final Delivery Standard

The final procedure focuses on finished product packaging integrity and shipment specifications:

• Complete outer carton labeling, including batch number, specification, quantity and production date

• Firm carton sealing, moisture-proof and dust-proof packaging

• Standard pallet packing for long-distance ocean transportation

• Complete shipment qualification documents and test reports

Standardized packaging inspection ensures products remain intact, clean and qualified after long-distance shipping to overseas markets.
7. Final Inspection Report & Batch Release Mechanism

After all tests are completed, the QC department issues an official Finished Product Inspection Report for each batch.

Only batches with fully qualified test data can obtain factory release qualification and enter global market sales. Unqualified batches will be fully recalled, re-inspected or scrapped to ensure no defective products flow into the market.
